Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial aspects within our clients organisation. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and with the highest financial efficiency.Your contribution (key responsibilities and accountabilities)
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, including monthly performance monitoring, debtor management, and preparation of key financial documents.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on operational and financial matters, including risk management and governance strategies.
- Conduct research, analyse business opportunities, and develop financial strategies to optimise resource utilisation and ensure business sustainability.
- Support Project Director Finance in delivering comprehensive financial reports for major capital projects, ensuring compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
- Lead strategic change initiatives and stakeholder consultations to achieve business outcomes.
- Drive business system improvements, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with audit standards.
- Oversee the integrity of financial accounting records and systems for Delivery, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Lead and inspire daily financial and business management functions for Delivery, including optimising resource deployment and management (people, funding, equipment).
- Demonstrate accountability in achieving objectives, adeptly resolving complex, ambiguous, and political issues that impact outcomes.
- Deliver top-tier project management, financial analysis, procurement, and governance reports, with a focus on researching and analysing business opportunities for effective financial and resource strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Apps to enhance data analysis, reporting, and automate processes.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide advice, guidance, and training to ensure team adherence to policies, standards, and efficient use of systems and tools.
- Preferred qualifications in Finance, Business, or related fields would be advantageous.
