About the Role

We are excited to be on the lookout for a talented, energised and innovative Account Managerto support our NSW Client Base, based out of Chipping Norton you will be required to attend on-site sales meetings but also get the autonomy to plan your week/visits accordingly with Metro and Regional clients. You will be responsible for managing active, new, and past clients ensuring their needs are met on time and ensuring high levels of customer experience along the way. 

We are looking for an Account Manager who loves to build relationships and wants to become an extension of our client’s businesses! “you are the trusted advisor” Having experience in the plumbing or building industry would highly advantageous due to selling to our merchant clients. You will have experience working with budgets and sales metrics and know how to build profitable relationships that last!

Skills and Experience

• Previous skills as an Account Manager or Sales Rep

• Experience in Industrial Plumbing, Building or Construction Industry

• Excellent negotiation skills & attention to detail

• Advanced Sales experience – understanding how to close

• Proven background in exceeding sales budgets

• Strong computer literacy – SalesForce & Microsoft 360

• You are tenacious and driven to succeed

• The ability to prioritise workload

• Ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally

• Excellent communication both written and verbal

• Warm, energised & engaged personality

• Full Drivers Licence
