Due to company growth, we have a great opportunity for an Account Managerto join our branch based in Eastern Creek.
About the opportunity:

Roles and responsibilities
- External account development and management to achieve sales targets
- Selling Industrial Fasteners through our distributor network
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our distributors
- Work collaboratively and strategically with distributors to achieve sales growth
- Identify new opportunities and targets.
- Daily reporting of call activity and market feedback
- Conduct product demonstrations, online web portal training, marketing and technical training campaigns
- Facilitate specific product focus projects / promotions to increase category sales
- Participate at trade shows and promotional activities
- Ensure Hobson Engineering’s customer expectations are exceeded
- The territory is predominately metro Perth, however covers Western Australia. Limited travel will be required
Skills & qualifications
- Proven experience working within a similar role or industry
- Dedicated individual who thrives on building customer relationships
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results
- Effectively plan customer calls with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Well-developed account and territory management skills
- Solid computer skills
