Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with best practices and established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Implement and adjust care plans as needed.
- Ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control measures.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including a rotating roster
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and high ethical standard.
- Additional certifications or training relevant to the role are an advantag
