Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager

We’re connectors who collaborate and build relationships and we influence by communicating with impact.A rare opportunity for a self-motivated and customer-centric Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to join us in the Tamworth office.As a passionate and deeply curious Consultant, you will demonstrate the desire to truly connect with both clients and candidates, be proactive in your approach to account management and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.Drawing on your experience supporting a portfolio of clients ideally within the industrial space, you will:

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage the on-boarding and mobilisation of candidates
• Ensure daily safety management and communication onsite
• Manage performance and attendance for your temporary workforce
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Achieve individual sales activity targets and division revenue targets
• Maintain and utilise recruitment systems ensuring data integrity and system compliance

Ideally, the successful candidate will:

• Have experience supporting temporary and permanent recruitment within a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Apply a mature approach to managing a client portfolio with proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative client relationships and influencing best practice outcomes
• Thrive under pressure while maintaining a commitment to quality, accuracy and system compliance
• Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a positive culture
• Demonstrate genuine desire and determination to achieve, learn and succeed!
