Reporting to the Head of Wholesale Australia and NZ, the Account Manager is responsible for maximising sales and profitability through new and existing customers as well as playing an influential role in the planning and delivery of the Wholesale strategy in Australia.
What you can expect:
- Work closely with the Head of Wholesale to sell collections to key customers including department store, as well as multibrand partners, to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and manage strategic long term relationships with existing and new customers presenting a strong understanding of their business model to maximise sales and profitability
- Analyse and translate key market trends, competitor analysis and product development opportunities to drive growth
- Accurate analysis of key customers weekly and seasonal trade performance with clear and immediate feedback and actions to optimise sales performance
- Create and deliver engaging seasonal brand and collection presentations and training to all key customers
- Schedule regular store visits to ensure deliveries, visual merchandising and marketing initiatives are aligned with the HB brand strategy
- Work cross functionally with all internal departments including warehousing and logistics, marketing and finance to ensure all key customers receive prompt and appropriate support and advice
Your profile:
- You will have previous wholesale sales experience with a proven track record of managing and developing business with key customers
- The confidence and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a genuine way will be a natural trait
- You are a strong team player whilst also being capable of working individually and autonomously
- You will possess a strong interest in fashion and have the desire to act as a HUGO BOSS ambassador
- Strong computer skills
- Current driver's license
