We are currently looking for experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team.
- Collaborate with Account Management team to develop account plans and strategies
- Assist Industry Sales Lead to collaborate with internal team including Practices and Talent Acquisition to deliver projects and services
- Assist in sales presentation and proposal preparation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants in existing accounts
- Assist with consultants’ requests and issue escalation
- Manage consultants’ expectations and ensure high levels of consultants’ satisfaction
- Understand the clients' business needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with Operations team to ensure new Statement of Work and Statement of Work Renewal are generated in a timely manner.
- Prior experience in account management or sales focused role
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong customer engagement skill
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver services to Client Organisations
