This international hardware wholesaler are leaders within the power tool and gardening space. They produce a large range of cordless products including handheld gardening and power tools. They are constantly pushing the boundaries on innovations, creating market leading products that service the trade and household consumer market.
The Role
Our client is seeking a results driven Account Manager to join the team ASAP. Manage and grow an established portfolio of retail clients within the hardware/power tool sector. You will partner and manage a portfolio of client both new and existing. Your client portfolio will be broad and will span across both Sydney metro and regional NSW. Your core duties will include;

• Achieve sales and growth targets for your portfolio/territory
• Drive the brand and build market share
• Development and execution of strategic plans
• Implementation of Sales & Marketing promotional programs
• Developing new business through cold calling and demo's to promote growth of your portfolio.

About You

• Previous experience as a BDM, Sale Manager, Account Manager or Territory manager within the wholesale hardware/tool or landscaping sector
• Knowledge of Power Tools, Hardware or Gardening space
• Previous sales experience - Ability to generate leads
• Driven and results focused
• Strong relationship management skills
• Full Drivers license
