We are seeking External Sales Reps/Account Managers to join our Ormeau-based sales team. With an extensive product portfolio of innovative, functional, and effective products to offer, and the confidence that many of Queensland's largest builders are using our products, you will have the tools to drive the strategic development and growth of a large customer base in those areas.
The primary function of this role is to achieve and exceed budgeted sales KPIs whilst maintaining and building a strong customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Account Management of existing accounts and establishing new business growth, whilst managing an ongoing sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales growth in accordance with the business plans.
- Report accurately and in a timely manner on business activity for your territory and ensure knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitive advantages.
- Accurately maintain the CRM database with client detail and follow-ups. Prepare customer visit schedules for each week.
- Meet and exceed KPI requirements.
- Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying and satisfying customer needs and promote Canterbury Windows and Doors specialised product additions.
- Preparation of quotations and customer presentations.
Lateral thinking, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently are all key attributes for this role, as is a dedication to providing total customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
