We are currently seeking an Accountant / Reconciliations Specialist to join our highly driven, tight knit team. Working alongside the Brisbane team your position with FIP Group will contribute to the overall success of the company, as we work together towards a common goal of providing a premium service to clients and candidates alike.As a permanent accountant your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and load cost allocation journals for the division and other general journals as required by the DFC including recurring monthly journals
• Complete bank & credit card reconciliations as per entities assigned
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for assigned entities that form part of the ISSS division
• Maintenance of FAR & PAYG reconciliations for the ISSS division
• Preparation of profit and loss statements for assigned entities within the division for review and finalization by DFC
• Preparation of weekly sales reports for assigned entities
• Prepare AL and LSL accruals for DFC review for assigned entities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports for assigned entities
• Assist in the bi-annual audit requirements - DFA and Financial audits

This opportunity is offering $70,000 -$75,000 per annum plus superannuation.To Be Considered You Must Have
You will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to achieve, and in return we will offer you a great work environment and career growth.You will also possess the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Bachelor of Business - Accounting
• Enlisted or willing to enlist in a CPA or CA qualification
• 2-4 years' experience in a similar role
• Microsoft Navision 2009 and preferably some Microsoft Excel exposure
• Team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Self-organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level numeracy and with great attention to detail
• Prior experience in a workforce company would be advantageous
