Accountant

We are looking for our newest Business Services team member - an Intermediate Accountant with at least 2 years post-degree experience in public practice. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse range of clients.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Commenced or eligible to commence CA or CPA program
• Proven experience working as an Accountant in an Australian public practice firm (minimum 2-3 years).
• Strong proficiency in using accounting software systems, preferably Xero
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with tax compliance, including preparation of tax returns
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills with curiosity
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
