Position Title: Accountant

Salary per hour: $42.33 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 60.8 hours per fortnight to Ongoing full time

Role description
The Accountant works as part of the finance team to support the financial operations of Dhelkaya Health.
The Accountant is responsible for supporting financial processes related to general accounting operations including daily and month-end tasks, developing reports and providing information to stakeholders.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in a finance or business-related field (e.g. Bachelor Degree) and professional certification (e.g. CPA, CA).
- Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, healthcare funding models, regulations and reporting requirements.
- Strong time / priority management skills and experience in coordinating and prioritising tasks and reports.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to form business relationships and communicate financial issues.
