AddressWe are seeking an energised & self-motivated National Account Executive to join our Grocery Sales team.
This junior-level role is a great introduction to Account Management and Commercial/Sales fundamentals/principles.
You will support two Customer Business Managers in delivering sales targets. In addition to providing strong internal support, you will gain exposure to a variety of key stakeholders within both Peters and our key customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of strategic plans with major grocery retailers
- Manage in-store promotions, aligning with the business managers on the most effective and efficient use of trade spend
- Review our sales forecast and align with customers in fortnightly collaboration meetings
- Support in-store & online promotional slotting and range review competitive analysis
- Liaise with key retailer stakeholders on day-to-day operations
- Cross functional exposure across Supply Chain, Marketing, Category & Finance
Qualifications
- Business / Marketing Degree preferable, with a desire to progress your career in account management and/or category management
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience preferred, i.e. field sales, sales analysis
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- The ability to interpret & cut through data to make recommendations
- An outstanding work ethic, with the energy and drive to not only support, but to influence
