Our client is a professional accounting, business & financial services firm with over 30 years’ experience based in stunning modern offices with all the latest technology at your fingertips.
The Opportunity
They are currently seeking a intermediate level accountant to join their team. Working with expert senior accountants and a manager who loves to teach you will gain invaluable experience for your career.
Your day-to-day tasks would include:
- Completion of client tax returns
- Preparation of financial statements
- Prepare activity statements
- Liaise with the ATO and other professional bodies
- Assist with taxation planning
- Assist in research and providing advice to clients
- A bachelor degree in accounting, business or similar tertiary qualification.
- At least 18 months of local public practice experience
- Have started or looking to start your CA/CPA
- Experience with preparing and lodging BAS & tax returns for various entities
- Exposure using accounting software packages
- A desire to advance your career
