Hotondo Homes Head office in Moorabbin is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts and Compliance Officer.

This role is a part time role (estimated 3 days per week) with scope for flexibility around days of the week or hours given the nature of the role. There is also scope for flexibility around working remotely after competency is displayed in the role.
About the Role & Key responsibilities
- Assist the existing accounts team members with regards to input of data, invoices, payables for eventual payment.
- Matching of information sought against existing data to identify missing revenue
- Supporting the greater accounts team by being available to cover planned absences and leave requests
- Management of emails, files, and records.
- General office administration tasks
- Franchisee Support when required
- Help with database enquiries and updates typically using Excel or Microsoft Access

- Highly organised with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suites such as Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.

- On the constant lookout for missing revenue
- Experience in preparation of letters, requests and contracts using existing templates
- Interaction with the wider team always on the lookout for how you can help others
