This very holistic wealth management firm focuses on strategic advice for a variety of clients ranging from young wealth accumulators, to retirees and business owners who all value honest and ethical advice.
They are currently seeking a Client Services Officer/ Receptionist who can assist the Financial Planners and other team member, whilst managing reception and client contact. The opportunity is best suited to a recent Financial Planning Graduate or someone with ~12 months experience in a similar role or internship. You must have impeccable communication skills with a strong focus on client services and attention to detail.
This role is very diverse, initially the focus will be on clients and general administration. As your capacity and skills develop, you will be given the opportunity to work closely with the Paraplanning and Advice team. Some of the key responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
- Greeting clients and being first point of contact for client enquiries
- Building a strong trusted relationship with clients
- Assist with the upkeep of the financial planning software and keep up to date with changes and enhancements (Xplan)
- Provide assistance to Financial Adviser support team with client paperwork, preparation of lodgements
- Assist Financial Adviser(s) with practice compliance requirements such as FDS and Opt-ins
- Delivering exceptional client service through prompt and accurate responses to enquiries
- Liaise with third party providers such as fund managers, underwriters, superannuation and centrelink
To be successful for the role you must have experience customer servicein implementing a variety of strategies. Strong computer skills will be required and experience in Xplan is highly desired, but not essential. The opportunity is best suited to someone with a can-do attitude, a high level of attention to detail and an ability to work independently whilst supporting the broader business. It is essential that communication and interpersonal skills are you biggest strength.

The hours are flexible, if you would like to start after school drop off, there is a lot of flexibility. However, you must be available to work 5 days a week (with most Friday's being WFH).
