AddressHollon Pollon Pty Ltd trading as Better Choice fuel, an independent fuel retailer operating in Western Australia, is seeking a fulltime Accountant to take on the following duties;
- Preparation of monthly management accounts using MYOB and Xero Accounting software.
- Preparation of company budget and cash flows.
- Review daily sites operating reports and reconcile daily banking by liaising with service station managers.
- Monitor stock levels at each site and calculate required fuel order quantities on a daily basis.
- Nominate retail prices to fuel watch for all company sites after analysing retail prices of surrounding service stations.
- Manage SIRA statistical inventory control system. Reporting to management of any material variances with appropriate reasons.
- Liaise with external Accountants to prepare the year-end financial reports
- Review company’s operating cost and profitability on a regular basis to provide management information reports
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor or Master of accounting degree from a recognised Australian University
- Experience in Fuel retailing industry
- In depth understanding of Fuel watch requirements.
- Sound knowledge and experience in taxation is an advantage.
Benefits include a basic annual salary of $ 70,000 plus super, training and development.
