Nedlands Golf Club is seeking a passionate golf administration professional looking for an opportunity to join our team. The Golf Operations Officer will play a key role in creating an environment in which our membership and guest satisfaction is the highest priority and is consistent with our Club Values.
We are seeking a Golf Operations Officer to take ownership of all golf administration duties bringing continuity and efficiency to our golfing services. Working with the Head Professional and General Manager, the successful applicant will become a key component of the Club’s administrative team.

Required Skills:
- A sound understanding of the game of golf with experience in standard competition management and the Golf Australia handicapping system.
- Previous experience in MiClub golf management software and high level of IT experience.
- Previous experience in a member’s based organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work positively and collaboratively with staff, fellow peers, Committees and members.
- Genuine passion for golf, dedication to exceptional customer service, and a drive for achieving outstanding results.
The role is permanent / part-time based on 25 hrs per week, 5 days a week. There will be an expectation to be flexible depending on golfing fixtures and significant events with some weekend work required. Remuneration is according to the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award with access to penalty rates on weekends and public holidays.
