RHT Contracting is seeking a full-time 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday-to-Friday Entry-Level Administrator who is a Team player with a friendly, positive, can-do attitude to join our energetic Team. This is a one-of-a-kind and exciting opportunity to start your career in an Administration role, based at our head office located in Malaga.
About the role
- Answering phone calls in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Liaising with clients and guests.
- Booking of appointments and accommodation.
- General daily administration tasks including Data Entry.
- Document Management.
- Maintain the office’s stationery and staff amenities requirements.
- Ordering and maintaining the stock levels of PPE clothing.
- Entering, filing, and Statement matching of Suppliers Invoices.
- Minute taking of daily morning meeting.
- Relief site administration duties, as required.
Skills and experience
- Punctual, with a can-do attitude, and can work effectively within a Team environment.
- Present yourself to work in a friendly and presentable manner.
- Hold good communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- The ability to maintain and manage confidential data.
- Hold excellent attention to detail skills.
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small Team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Experience with MYOB would be an advantage but not required.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to new situations and workloads when required.
- Be able to work remotely onsite as a Site administration relief, when required.
