AddressRare opportunity to join a Law Firm (Commercial & Litigation) in Accounts. This role is offered One Day Per Week (plus holiday cover twice per year) and would suit a retiree who wants to keep their skills active or a mum returning to the workforce.
This is a small delightful team who get along well and enjoy coming to work!
Duties will include:
- Receipting of deposits into Leap (from bank statement) both General & Trust Account
- Bank reconciliations for two Company Accounts plus a Trust Account
- Processing Cheque Requests
- Entering Creditor invoices
- Processing online payments to third parties
- Preparing invoices in both Leap and MYOB
- Maintaining the integrity of the Trust Account
Experience in a similar role is essential, as is MYOB AccountRight Plus. Leap experience would be beneficial.
Cover twice per year is requested full time in approximately March and October for 2 weeks at a time. This will not be during school holidays. The office is closed over Christmas / New Year.
