Hosemasters Bibra Lake is a locally owned and operated Hydraulic Hose Service and Supply business. We are seeking a Bookkeeper with office management experience to join our team based in our workshop in Bibra Lake.
As the Office Manager, you will be required to report to the Directors and work closely with the Workshop Manager.
The individual required for this diverse role needs to be organised, structured, methodical, and reliable.
Role Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, Payroll, reconciliations and auditing of transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Knowledge in MYOB and Xero and Microsoft Office Suite with a strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to liaise and engage with clients to maintain business relationships.
- Experience in similar role, industry knowledge and previous work in mechanical trade business preferable
Role Responsibilities:
- Customer invoicing and inhouse on-charging,
- Preparation of accounts payable
- Management of accounts receivable including debtor calls,
- Supervision of part-time admin staff to ensure timely invoicing outcomes
- Processing weekly timesheets & employee wages,
- Reconciliation of all accounts,
- Office supply/equipment ordering and traceability,
- Management of company & vehicle insurances,
- General reception duties,
- Data entry & Ad-hoc administrative support to management team
- General clerical duties and office organisation.
