Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support, such as quotations, managing calendars, scheduling bookings, and organizing documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
We are a panel shop in Belmont and have been operating for more than 20 years. We are looking for someone friendly and easy going.
Experience in using Xero is preferred but training will also be provided.
