Sydney City Toyota and Sydney City Lexus currently have a vacancy for a highly focused individual in the role of Accounts & Administration Clerk. Working with two globally recognised and market leading brands, this position will play a pivotal role in the continued success of our administration team.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and will assist with a range of duties that include:
- Daily processing of miscellaneous prompt payments
- Daily reconciliation and payment of vehicle floorplan liabilities
- Take up of pre-owned vehicle stock onto bailment facility
- Reconciliation and disbursement of monthly credit card charges
- Reconciliation and disbursement of CTP and Registration charges
- Administration of insurance claims
- Scanning and filing/archiving works
- Other miscellaneous and adhoc duties/reporting
To take advantage of this exceptional opportunity, we would like you to be:
- Working towards a diploma or bachelor level accounting related qualification
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in all the Microsoft office suites, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
- Previous automotive industry experience preferred
