Great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Botany. This company provides goods and services that are part of nearly everyone's lives. Due to expansion and growth, they are looking for accounts all round to join their busy, fast-paced team.

Your new role

This permanent position is working in the commercial team, working closely with qualified finance and administration managers. 
Key duties include:

• Accounts Payable - timely processing of supplier invoices for various business units
• Reconciliations of supplier and customer accounts
• Pricing updates and maintenance of customer accounts
• Key customer invoicing and reconciliations
• Processing purchasing orders
• Matching invoices 
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts queries
• Stock monitoring and management
• Monthly reports
• Using excel to generate reports and extracting data 

What you'll need to succeed
This is a high volume transaction business, so previous experience in a busy high volume accounts payable or allround accounts administration role would be ideal. 
Also, the ideal candidate must have:

• Good systems skills 
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills-pivot tables and v-lookups
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Experience using SAP system 
• Good communication skills and able to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and staff
