Oriem is a fast-growing company in the concrete steel reinforcement industry supplying to builders / developers and concreters.
We are looking for a person to join our team and grow with our business in the position of Accounts Allrounder / Office Administration at our Wetherill Park Office. The successful candidate will be assisting the accounts team in all aspects of the business with options to grow within the business and take on new roles.
Location: Wetherill Park
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily assistance to Accounts Receivable
- Daily assistance to Accounts Payable
- Managing Insurances
- Managing company vehicle registrations / mobile phone contracts, etc
- Daily Filing
- Other Ad-hoc tasks required
- Assist with the general account's office tasks and operations
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Good telephone manner and people skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
- High attention to detail and good administrative skills
- Good time management
- The ability to work independently and as part of our team.
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
