Let's talk about this roleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the nib Thrive team on site in Adelaide, or from one of the nib hubs. The Accounts and Administration Support Officer will be required to work closely with management on a part time basis, 22.5 hours per week. This role requires a high attention to detail, especially when interpreting invoices. Your duties may include:High volume data entryCustomer ServiceUndertaking client funding set upEntering client plan information into external and internal systemsUndertaking tasks as provided by managementLet's talk about you You have a high accuracy and speed when it comes to data entry and have ideally worked in the NDIS space previously. You will have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload.The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills:High data entry speed and accuracy, especially with interpreting invoicesHigh level of empathy for people living with disabilitiesStrong customer service focusAbility to troubleshoot issues autonomously or in a team environmentAt nib, we recognise that some people may only apply when their education, skills and/or experiences are identical to what an employer is looking for in a candidate.
