We're seeking a fulltime Accounts & Finance Manager to join the family & work amongst the Head Office team in Caloundra.
Experience and Tasks:
- Xero
- BAS, IAS and Payroll tax
- Payroll processing (payroll is pre-loaded by another staff member)
- Developed strong, sustainable relationships with managers and customers and suppliers
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly reporting – Financial, Sales, Productivity
- Debt-collection
- Invoicing and customer payments
- Customer and Company Trade Accounts
- Superannuation
- Multitasking and meeting deadlines
Hours of work include:
Monday - Thursday 7.30am – 4pm,
Friday 7:30am - 2pm
The position is permanent fulltime.
The right applicant will bring proven 4 yrs experience in the Accounts industry and training will be provided to grasp Company operations that generate financial transactions.
