Location: Brisbane

About the role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Reporting Analyst to join Aurizon. You will coordinate and manage expenditure, participate in projects and undertake commercially focused/financial analysis to ensure the management of enterprise assets achieve immediate and long-term strategic goals.

  • Ensure the budget and forecasting process for all expenditure is documented and maintained.
  • Develop and process monthly performance reports and investigate budget variances.
  • Coordinate projects ensuring they are completed within set timeframes and status regularly reported to management.
  • Manage the audit and administrative processes required to ensure that effective operation of the relevant office.
  • Maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and adhoc requirements
  • Provide analysis and advice for the development of business cases
  • Engage with stakeholders to undertake business process and system improvement initiatives.

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Experience in developing, administering, and scheduling Power BI Dashboards
  • Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or information technology (preferred)
  • Fantastic communication and relationship-building skills.
