Qualifications & experience

  • Previous experience with payroll, Accounts and administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, along with and excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Following up on unpaid sales invoices and debt collection
  • Balancing and processing creditor statements and payments and bank reconciliation
  • Balancing petty cash and cash sale transactions
  • Weekly Payroll (including superannuation, commission and bonuses)
  • Prepare Superannuation, GST & PAYG
  • Prepare end of month reports, including customer statements
  • Prepare end of financial year reports
