Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience with payroll, Accounts and administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, along with and excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Following up on unpaid sales invoices and debt collection
- Balancing and processing creditor statements and payments and bank reconciliation
- Balancing petty cash and cash sale transactions
- Weekly Payroll (including superannuation, commission and bonuses)
- Prepare Superannuation, GST & PAYG
- Prepare end of month reports, including customer statements
- Prepare end of financial year reports
