Jane Franklin Hall is the only independently-managed residential college of the University of Tasmania, providing tertiary students with accommodation and related services in a community environment.
Prospective candidates are invited to apply for the full-time, permanent position of Finance and Office Administrator. This is a varied role that includes co-ordinating accounts receivable and payable, payroll, bank reconciliations and basic reception duties. It will suit someone who likes multi-tasking and working within a collaborative, people-focused team.
The successful candidate will hold as a minimum a Certificate IV in Accounting and Book-Keeping or the equivalent and have strong experience using Xero, Microsoft Office and database usage. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
