This role is a rewarding and interesting Permanent Part Time position providing support to our Head of HR and Accounts and other Supervisors in the Electrical Industry.
As an Admin Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring efficient organisational processes. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and exceptional attention to detail.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Basic administrative duties
- Support document control processes
- Staff onboarding co-ordination
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Team events
- Stock control and organisation
- Ensuring a clean office
- Sales support
- Meeting scheduling
Key Selection Criteria:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and able to take direction
- Prior experience in an Office Administrator role desirable but not a necessity
