Accounts And Payroll

Hender Lee is a diverse Electrical Instrumentation Contracting organisation operating in the Construction and Engineering Contracting Sector in Perth and remote locations in WA. Our office is located in Bibra Lake.

We are seeking a Senior Payroll and Accounts officer. Duties included -

1. Liaison and Interface with Staff and Clients.
2. The use of Cheops accounting software, payroll and management construction software.
3. Assisting in budgeting, accounts reconciling, medium size payroll, PAYG, Company PAYG, Cash flow reports, reconciliation of expense accounts.
4. Assisting in operations administrating such as tender submissions, and management system administration reporting to the Commercial Manager. 
5. You will report directly to the GM for Accounts and Payroll.

The position would suit someone with past experience in Accounts and Payroll. The role is suitable for someone looking to further a career and knowledge base in an expanding company and great team of people. A suitable applicant would enjoy working on varying tasks in various areas of the Accounts and administration in larger construction contracting. We have a team culture.
