Accounts Assistant

We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic person who loves people and cares about personal connection. You’ll show initiative and look for ways you can make an active contribution to our team and our growing business. This is a part time or causal role of between 20-22 hours / week over 3 or 4 days Monday to Fridays with and Fridays a must.  Position suits school hours work.

Immediate start.

 Responsibilities for this key position:

• Day-to-day support of the Customer Care team through administrative and accounts support
• Daily completion of accounts related tasks.
• Customer phone calling to resolve accounts issues.
• Directly report to the Accounts Team Leader.
• Understand and contribute to a collaborative and supportive culture.

Who are we looking for?

• Ability to demonstrate strong initiative with a "can do" attitude. An exemplary work ethic with the willingness to meet deadlines and manage your tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Experience in completing accounts and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Accounts Receivable experience essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to empathize and understand our members' needs.
• Confident and efficient with technology.
• Self-motivated and the willingness to follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Experience using Microsoft Office skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Accounting software packages.
• Reliable and punctual attendance
