This Accounts Bookkeeper role encompasses Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payments, Payroll, PAYG, Reconciliations, BAS & GST, Superannuation, Management Reporting, Procurement and Inventory Management Systems, Purchasing, Cashflow Forecasting and preparation of accounts.

We have been operating for over 35 years. QPlay & Playground Inspection Protection specialize in the commercial playground industry. Operations include manufacturing, installation, maintenance, inspection, training, safety consulting and certification of playground and permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
QPlay and Playground Inspection Protection are currently in a season of systems & technology upgrades for better integration across all business systems and more automation of processes.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your skills and computerised accounting systems understanding from a number of different accounting applications, and combine it into our upgrade process that will revolutionise the way we do things.
This will be growth role where you will build & create a legacy of new streamlined systems, procedures and processes that will drive QPlay and Playground Inspection Protection into an new era of Integration, Automation, Scalability & Repeatability which provides the foundation to bring the future vision of the business into the now.
There will be opportunity to work additional hours throughout the new ERP & MRP system implementation phase and afterwards if you wish to apply your skills and abilities to more areas of the business. The Primary Responsibility of this Role is to ensure accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipting, payroll, PAYG, BAS & GST, Superannuation, bank reconciliations, payments, inventory receiving, purchasing information, importing and freight information and management reports are up to date, accurate and correctly allocated to jobs where required.
This role is available for immediate start or after correct notice is given to your previous employer. The role will require a minimum of 14 - 18 hours per week with flexible work week and school hours available. Payroll is every Wednesday.
