Accounts and Bookkeeper
We currently have a part time opening for a qualified Accounts Officer and Bookkeeper.
IRIS Integration is a growing engineering and automation business with offices in QLD, VIC and TAS.
We pride ourselves on providing turn-key project solutions and high level maintenance services to key major clients around Australia.
Primary functions of this role:
Account reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable. Supplier and Customer invoicing.
Taxation management – PAYG, BAS and IAS submission.
Weekly financial reporting.
Management of company licenses, work cover, insurances, payroll tax, credit applications Qleave, CoInvest etc
Weekly Payroll, superannuation, portable long service leave and employee records.
Some job management – employee schedules, supplier ordering and goods receipt.
Part time job, with the view to full time if desired. Flexible work hours and work from home options. Work around your schedule.
Skills Required:
Experience with Xero
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Bonus skills:
5+ years experience in similar role
Thorough understanding of legislative and governmental requirements
Experience with Dynamics 365
Experience with SimPro
