We have a national and regional transport service reach with a focus in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD. Our service footprint flows across every state and territory in Australia with our head office based in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports
- Bank Reconciliations
- Report Weekly Cashflow
- Prepare Quarterly BAS & GST Reports
- Accounts Receivable: Report Monthly Sales Figures to the Director, Invoicing and Credit Control- Manage all collections activity on a ledger in accordance with Companies Credit Policy, with a focus on ageing debt.
- Accounts Payable: Payments by EFT & Pay Vehicle Registrations and Bills for the company
- Process Weekly Payroll for employees
- Process and Report Monthly PAYG, Payroll Tax & Superannuation
- Organise renewal of Yearly Insurance Policies
- Require Teamwork with Internal & External Parties
- Other day to day general accounting tasks Reception & Admin support where required
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Essential experience with MYOB & Xero
- Debt collection
- Accounting skills
- Transport Industry experience
- Communication skills -written and verbal.
- Customer Service
- Sound problem solving skills.
- Sound decision making skills.
- PC skills (Word & Excel).
- Strong attention to detail
