Accounts Contract Officer for a real estate company based in Melbourne CBD

This internationally renowned real estate company based in Melbourne is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their contract team on a temporary basis. This company prides itself on developing its staff and encouraging a high-performance work culture.
Your new role
On a day-today basis, you will be responsible for:
- Matching PO numbers to invoices
- Billing invoices
- Raising invoices and chasing debt from suppliers and customers.
- Stakeholder management i.e. liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve any queries.
- Scheduling.
- Reducing the mailbox and additional administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available to start, have strong Excel and systems experience as well as a base knowledge of finance. You will also need to have some finance or administrative experience to be able to hit the ground running upon starting your assignment.
