The key focus of the Tender and Contracts Officer is to target the growth of existing and future business with key account customers by participating in tenders, analysing sales and profitability related data and develop new processes to encourage long term business relationship.
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Tender management and submission
- Identifying new tender opportunities
- Timely review of all tender documents
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate relevant documents
- Preparing and creating proposals for tender submissions
- Conducting market research to offer competitive pricing
- Keeping database of tender templates up to date at all times
- Creating and maintaining of all agreement with key account customers
- Drafting new supplier and pricing agreements
- Coordination of monthly reporting
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a "can do attitude
- Strong administration skills and experience
- High degree of professional integrity and confidentiality
- An ability to prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft office and SAP experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to work as part of part of a team
