- SALES MANAGEMENT: proactive and reactive. Following sales leads, preparing offers, demonstrating facilities/services to new potential customers, closing sales. Team player ensuring high levels of results.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Increasing revenues from existing relationships. Building and maintaining customer relationships /customer retention. Daily/weekly member liaison, recording and communicating member views and requirements.
- ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT: develop/maintain documentation of existing candidates ensuring all documentation is gathered and reported to the client correctly, recruitment as well as processes/procedures.
- NEGOTIATION: confident and calm. Ability to positively influence decisions and obtain positive outcomes.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: attending meetings (internally & externally) with key decision makers. Dealing with multiple people and or departments.
- INFORMATION MANAGEMENT: clear and precise data gathering to compare performance with budget and contract tenders.
- ORGANISATION: multitasking and prioritizing tasks from start to successful completion.
- COMMUNICATION: excellent written and verbal skills. Delivering information clearly and effectively at all levels, tailoring presentations according to audiences.
- IT: MS Office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. In -house Simpro (CRM) and sales management software.
- BOOKEEPING MANAGEMENT: Extensive knowledge of Xero accounting systems and bookkeeping and accounting procedures and production of EOY accounts
- MOBILISATION: Ensuring a smooth process of onboarding candidates and clients, able to run multiple processes ensuring compliance, medicals and all documentation including all government legislation according to fair work
- PROCUREMENT: Leasing with suppliers and consistently evaluating Budgets and pricing making sure goods and services to ensure tenders are on track.
