About the Role:
As an integral member of the Food and coffee team this position is responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customer bases across Perth and the development of long-term business relationships. The key categories we play in are Cheese, Coffee and Chocolate- what more could you ask for!
Duties:
- Maintain an existing customer base whilst focusing on new business growth
- Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets
- Develop new business opportunities to increase sales
- Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
- Identify, develop and manage new areas of growth
- Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment
Key Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience in managing customer accounts and growing business, particularly in the coffee and food space
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
- Aptitude for working with computers, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
- Professional personal presentation
