Objective
A sales role that will see you identifying new business opportunities that generate new partners (cafes only) and growth in sales of our Coffee Products, as well as managing your existing base of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Open new accounts by developing new relationships and acquiring new café partners in line with business strategy
- Relationships with cafe owners, managers and baristas
- Grow territory by maintaining partners and increasing the profitability of new and existing accounts
Core attributes, capabilities and experience
- Knowledge of coffee, coffee equipment and industry – coffee, hospitality, foodservice
- Sales experience in sourcing new business plus great relationship management skills with existing café partners
- Positive outlook and attitude
- Ability to work well within a team and individually.
- Current Drivers License
