Hurford's is a national leader in supply of timber products. This well-established business is a supplier to merchants and re-sellers. We are seeking a professional to assist with Accounts, data entry and administration duties.
The position is based out of our Tuncester office, manufacture and distribution warehouse. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role has a focus on Accounts with a high level of data entry as well as administration support.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- All aspects of Accounts Receivable
- Data entry of Accounts payable and stocks
- Preparation of reporting documentation for management
- Liaise with customers and suppliers with enquiries
The successful candidate will have the following essential attributes:
- Accounts receivable experience and accounts payable experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Methodical and task focused
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Willing to learn
- Strong computer skill set.
- Ability to complete your work without constant supervision.
