Accounts Officer

Working in a close knit Finance team of (4), your role will include - 

• Accounts Payable management including PO matching and processing;
• Accounts Receivable including banking, allocating cash and minimal collections;
• Bank and credit card reconciliations;
• Assisting with quarterly stocktakes (largely manual);
• Supporting End of Month (EOM) processing;
• Assisting with payroll processing (as backup) as required, and
• Providing ad hoc customer service and administrative support.

• 3 + years AP, AR and general accounting / administrative support
• Solid MSOffice Suite
• Team player who is happy to assist with tasks on all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, methodical and proactive mind set
• Exceptional attention to detail
