- Assist in month-end reporting, financial analysis, and cost centre maintenance.
- Payroll and timesheet monitoring for hospital staff
- Handle daily financial administrative tasks for Clinical agency payments.
- Organize administrative support for the team.
- Contribute to budget preparation and maintenance.
- Maintain work procedures manual and assist in procedure development.
- Experience in administrative and finance functions.
- Past experience in reconciliation will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial management systems.
- Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reports to the Manager, Management Accounting.
- No staffing or budget responsibilities.
