Your Future Position
Due to sustained growth across our organisation we are seeking to expand our Accounts team and looking for an experienced and keen Accounts Officer that has a passion and proven experience for accounts payable and receivable coupled with payroll.

If yes, then come and join our team as an Accounts Officer, where you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional accounts assistance within our team. This role has flexible working hours, being ideally suited to school hours.
About the role
In this role you will work closely with the Finance Manager with your responsibilities being (but not limited to):
- Accounts receivable/payable and reporting.
- Weekly payroll processing.
- Corporate credit card acquittals.
- Statement reconciliation.
- In concert with the Finance Manager build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure there is consistent cashflow.
- Administrative tasks, including data entry, handling client queries and filing.
- Join in team meetings where your collaboration will be the foundation of our collective success.
Essential to achieving consistent results are your planning, organising, meeting timelines and communication skills, together with your strong desire to work with both staff and the client to ensure the timely processing of accounts information.

About You
You will have:
- At least 2 years' accounts payable/receivable experience.
- Experience in processing payroll.
- Proven ability in the use of accounting information systems and the Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with people in an accounts service capacity.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively either alone or in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail and maintain professionalism.
