H.I Plant Services located in Oakford are looking for a highly organised and diligent experienced Accounts Officer on a full time or part time basis, flexible for the right candidate. 

Duties will include:

• Accounts Receivable 
• Accounts Payable
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Enter transactions for credit card
• Month end reconciliations
• Process credit applications.
• General accounts and administration support
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
• Answering the phone

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

• Basic accounts experience
• Experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is desirable
• A working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
• General administration experience
• The motivation and ability to take on new tasks and learn these quickly
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Good working knowledge of Office Suite
