Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assisting the National Credit Manager in managing a customer ledger and supporting the Account Management and Sales Divisions within the business.
- Coordinate the day-to-day Collection duties such as communicating with customers, the collection of overdue balances, reconciling of accounts, process of claims, reporting on ledger activity & performance and maintaining customer data integrity.
- Allocating of payments and internal account reconciliation.
- Liaise with branches and other staff regarding Accounts Receivable matters
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated payroll processing experience (min 5 years)
- PayGlobal experience (desirable)
- Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills.
- 5+ years in a similar Accounts Receivable role within the logistics or supply chain industry
- Accurate data entry / typing with strong written and verbal communication
