As one of the established and renowned growing organizations, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team due to remarkable growth. This is a temporary full time opportunity. The role is for 8 weeks and subject to extension and potential to go permanent.
About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to a supportive and nurturing Manager. This role will involve tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the finance manager.
Process invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial statements
Assist with payroll processing and other finance-related tasks
Coordination and working with all levels of management including Directors
Other ad hoc duties as required
Ideal Profile
To contribute their valuable knowledge and experience within the Accounting function:
Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Oracle NetSuite (highly desirable)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills

$35 - $40 + Super (Based on experience)
