About you
This position requires a sophisticated level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with the capacity to take initiative in the provision of support and be a part of a collaborative team.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

- outstanding organisational and time management skills
- the ability to network with positivity and compassion with key stakeholders in the community, including staff, parents and clergy
- flexibility, initiative and responsiveness in managing workflow with an ability to prioritise competing tasks
- managing financial tasks as required with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, including accounts receivable, banking, purchasing and accounts payable, school fee debt management, preparing financial reports as required and preparing financial reports as needed
- day to day management of school fees including responding to parent enquiries, following up payments, coordinating fee assistance applications and compliance with policies and procedures in relation to debt management
- relevant accounting experience, coupled with a knowledge of computer systems, including Technology One, Compass, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Applications
- payment of supplier invoices in a timely manner
- efficiently managing registers
- management prowess in administration, human resources, finance, school fees, office leadership, and other related reports for the Principal.
You will have attained:
- an Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or commitment to Register to Work in SCS.
Desirable:
- proficiency in financial and administrative management a Certificate III/IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field
- experience in financial/administrative management.
