In this role, you'll:
Work in a high-level administrative role that supports the Executive Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating approvals and inbox management.
Coordinate responses from multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and deadlines and finalisation of briefing notes and correspondence.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Play a key role in managing and delivering directorate events, presentations, workshops and meetings, assisting to embed branch projects and initiatives.
Manage, prepare and review high level complex communications ensuring that the Executive is fully and accurately briefed on all current and potential projects and issues for the Directorate with an appreciation of broader Agency risks and impacts.
It is a 12-month fulltime role, based out of the Central office with occasional visits to some depots.

About you
You’re an experienced Executive Officer, you have highly developed organisational and time management skills, and are comfortable to operate with a high degree of autonomy, confidentiality, independent judgement, and initiative.
You are proactive and accountable, thriving in a complex environment where you will need to prioritise a high volume of tasks with attention to detail and due diligence.
In addition to having strong experience in providing business and administration support to executive management you will also have demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to engage with, influence and build relationships with senior executives.
